Nigihayahino-Mikoto is a solar deity who descended from the heavens aboard the Heavenly Rock Boat. As the ancestral god of the Mononobe clan, he possesses the virtues of a pioneer, bringing advanced culture and the "Ten Sacred Treasures" to stabilize the land with overwhelming powers of healing and regeneration.
Artist Commentary
In this work, I depicted the sublime silence of the moment Nigihayahino-Mikoto sliced through the sea of clouds to descend to earth. The core of light emerging at the center is a crystallization of wisdom that dispels darkness and a deep love that cherishes life.
The faint bands of light drifting around him represent a celestial melody delivered across spacetime—a guiding hand lifting our consciousness to higher dimensions. Through this light portrait, I hope the inherent nobility of your soul is awakened, providing the wings needed to leap lightly toward your own mission.
