Right of Withdrawal & Returns

At Yasuo Oda Art Store, we want you to be delighted with your custom wall art. Because our products are professionally crafted to your exact specifications through our production partner, WhiteWall, we have specific policies in place to comply with EU and German consumer laws.

1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer.

  • Return Window: 0 days (Custom-made items are not eligible for "change of mind" returns).

  • Condition: We do not accept returns for used or non-defective custom items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your statutory warranty rights under Sections 437 et seq. BGB remain fully intact. If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement.

  • Reporting Period: Please report any damage within 14 days of delivery.

  • How to claim: Email [yasuo@yasuoodaart.com] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Return Shipping: If a physical return of a defective item is required, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Refund Method: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or materials once an order has entered production. Please double-check your dimensions and crops before finalizing your order.
