Perceptinal Screen #11 Beyond Fracture

This work is part of the Perceptual Screen series, which explores how light is shaped by layered structures of interference. Here, a fractured surface acts not as destruction, but as mediation — splitting perception across shards of possibility. The cracks form a discontinuous veil: sharp yet translucent, revealing glimpses of a gaze embedded beyond.
Built through digital layering, the composition treats light not as illumination, but as a condition of seeing — fragmented, diffused, and partially reassembled. What emerges is not a single image, but a perceptual field under strain, where presence is never whole but always in tension with absence.
