Splitted Dimensional Membrane
At times, a dimensional membrane undergoes a separation similar to cellular division. This phenomenon accompanies the generation of a multiverse. Ordinarily, such multiversal splitting takes place entirely within higher dimensions and remains invisible from the three-dimensional world. However, on rare occasions, when a dimensional membrane is open at the precise moment this process occurs, the membrane itself appears in a divided state.
This work depicts that exceptional condition. The split membrane indicates simultaneous connections to multiple higher-dimensional realms. Which higher dimension becomes accessible is determined by the intention of the observer situated in three-dimensional space.
Such events are extremely rare, occurring only when the emergence of a dimensional membrane coincides with the branching of the multiverse. The image records this brief overlap, where normally hidden higher-dimensional processes momentarily intersect with three-dimensional perception, allowing the divided structure of the membrane to be observed.
